About the Event

Suitable for all ages and abilities*

1.  Register by clicking on the 'RSVP' button on this page.

2.  Print the sponsorship form from our 'Events Download' page.

3.  Choose your challenge.

4.  Contact family and friends for sponsorship.

5.  Go go go!

6.  Ask sponsors to arrange payment via the website (please quote ref Sponsored Cycle), or by cheque payable to ‘More in Dore’, delivered to the letterbox at Dore Old School, Savage Lane, Dore, S17 3GW.

7.  Print your certificate of completion. 🎉

What’s My Challenge?

It can be anything, the choice is yours.

Select one or more challenge from the examples below, or make up your own, there’s something for everyone.

Distance Challenge - Cycle as far as you can in a week, a month, or simply a day.  You decide.

Time Challenge - Beat your personal best time over your favourite route.

Trick Challenge - Learn some new tricks.

New Route Challenge - Select from our off-road routes, prepared by VeloViewer. Select easy for younger riders, medium for the over 10s and the long route for the brave. See our 'Events Download' page for GPX files.

New Rider Challenge - For the little ones, ready to break free from stabilisers.

New Hobby Challenge - Buy, borrow or hire a bike.

Grandparent Challenge - Encourage the young at heart to join in the fun!

I haven’t used my bike in years - Challenge yourself to dust it down and get out there.

When does it start?  

Undertake your challenge any time from mid May to early September. Make it work for you, for your family.  Get out there when you can.
